There are a limited number of rooms available at the preferred rate. The cut-off date for this rate is Monday, September 28, 2009. After this date or once the rooms are sold out, reservations are subject to standard hotel rates and availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $300 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 14, 2009.
